Great for electricians working multiple jobs with different fixtures. At our limited time sale price you can keep a extra case of these LED's on hand so you can always be ready to make money in the LED retrofit market!

To install these LED's you will need to disconnect the energy wasting ballast and then wire one end of the LED to 110-130 volts AC. Next connect the other end of the LED to neutral. Then enjoy the energy savings!

Each 4 foot long tube uses about 18 watts of power and produces about 1600LM. The LED's are configured for maximum light output and the highest efficiency so the internal power supply is not dimmable and the cover over the LED's is clear.

The color temperature is 4000K so it is whitish color sometimes referred to as cool white or bright white. The light output is a popular all around choice because it is not like the extreme yellow color output of warm white and it is not like the blue color of daylight white, sort of in the middle, a whitish color output.

LED Advantages Compared To Fluorescent Bulbs:

LED's have become a popular investment because of the immediate savings in electricity but LED's offer more advantages:

There is no delay or flicker at start up, LED's provide full brightness immediately.

Fluorescent bulb manufactures are beginning to publicize the fact that in order to reach the bulb's life expectancy, you must turn the bulbs on for a minimum of 3 hours or you will see a shortened service life. LED's do not suffer this pitfall. You will not shorten the life expectancy of LED's by turning them on and off many times during the day.

LED's are not effected by cool temperatures, LED's provide full brightness even at below freezing temperatures. LED's do not have a "warm up" period.

LED's do not contain Mercury so there are no disposal fees at the end of the bulb's life. In fact you may be able to receive money for recycling LED's. In many areas, scrap metal yards will pay you when you drop off LED bulbs for recycling because of the valuable aluminum heat sink along the entire length of the bulb.
