Our goal is 100% satisfied customers, and we are happy to work with you to make sure that happens. Please be sure to contact us as soon as possible if you have any issues at all with your purchase. We accept returns for up to 30 days on most items. Items that can be returned: must be in original packaging, unused, contain all the pieces that were originally sent, and have not been damaged due to improper use/installation. Any instructions that were originally included, must be returned as well. If an item sent is found to be defective, it can be returned as well. Buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs, except in the case the return is due to an error on our part, or the part arrived defective – we will pay return shipping in that case. Your payment will be refunded after we receive it back and inspect the item. We will gladly exchange the item if we have another in stock. We do not accept COD shipments. Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
