About Us

Kustom Bikes is the South Wests Number 1 cycle shop for downhill mountain bike products. Established in 2006 we trade from a small shop in the middle of Exmoor surrounded by some of the best mountainbiking terrain in the country.

Our primary focus is the mail order of high performance parts, clothing and accessories for use within the downhill mountain bike sector. We also offer custom bike builds, wheel builds and carry out servicing and repairs.

We accept Paypal, Credit/Debit card and Bank Transfers as well as cash on collection.

Delivery

We try to keep our ebay shop as up to date as possible so that all items are in stock and so that we can dispatch the item within one working day of cleared payment being received. In most cases purchase completed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. All purchases complete on the weekend are dispatched the following Monday

Most of our small items are sent via Royal Mail. 

Larger items such as frames and wheels are sent via courier

Returns/Warranty

We are happy to exchange or refund any items purchased from us provided they are unused and in original condition. You can return your item within 30 days of purchase.

We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items. If you are returning the item because you ordered the wrong size or colour etc you will have to cover the cost of the return postage. If your item is in someway damaged or faulty we will cover the cost of the return postage.

Unless otherwise stated all our new items are supplied to us by official UK distributors and therefore covered by the manufacturers warranty. If you feel that a warranty claim is necessary then please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
