Ladies' sizes come with the standard short hemmed sleeve (no elastic ruffle) unless you choose differently.

If you would like 3/4 or LONG hemmed sleeves, choose the elastic ruffle sleeve, but ask for the different sleeve option in notes to seller when you checkout.
