We use Helvetica for all engraving. We use a diamond head, and engrave over the same area three times to ensure the engraving is deep and lasts a lifetime.

If you are unsure of the size, the general rule is to measure your wrist in Centimeters, and then add 2 to 3cm. So for example, if your wrist measures 19cm exactly, you would need to order the next size up ie 21cm.

SUBMITTING YOUR ENGRAVING INSTRUCTIONS.
After you have added the ITEM to your Basket, do not "Confirm and Pay" just yet. You need to click on "Message to Seller" on the "Review Purchase page" and a box will appear for you to leave us your Engraving Instructions.
Once your instructions are complete, click on "Add" and your Instructions will be added to your order. You may then click on "Confirm and Pay" to submit your order.
If for any reason you miss the "Message to seller" message box during checkout, simply send us a message containing the needed details via the eBay messaging system.

Please take care when sending your engraving requirements as items are engraved exactly as in your message.

Air Mail Packets - This can take 1-4 weeks for delivery depending on where you are. International Signed for - This can take 1-2 weeks for delivery depending on where you are and will need to be signed for and comes with insurance.
Please note that during busy periods such as Christmas, Mothers Day, Fathers Day and Valentine's Day, Custom Made items such as Name Necklaces and Engraved'Personalised products can take longer to ship. During these periods we work very long hours to make sure all items are received on time, so please be patient as we never let our customers down.
All Edward Jones London items (except engraved/personalised items) carry a 30 day money back satisfaction-guarantee. We can't offer this guarantee on engraved items because we can't resell an engraved product. However, we try our best to work with customers to find a good solution to meet their needs.
Of course, any defect in the product or engraving reported within the first 30 days will be replaced at no charge on both engraved and non-engraved items.
To return an item, please contact us via Ebay's messaging system, not by email, as it can be missed. Next please wrap the item well in original packaging and ship with a Tracked Service if possible after authorization.
