The RMA # must be clearly indicated on the shipping box. Items returned without an RMA # may be refused and/or may result in delays in the returns process. Returned merchandise must be in unused condition and in its original packaging. The packaging must also be in resellable condition. If a returned order originally had free shipping, then we will issue a credit for the order amount minus $7.99 to cover shipping.
