Payment of the item purchased and its shipping cost has to be made within and not more than 5 working days from the end the bid and / or the order confirmation.

A cost of 3,50 euros per item will be applied for picking up the goods in our warehouse.
The orders are processed between 24 and 48 hours after receiving the payment. All orders confirmed before 12.00 will be shipped immediately the same afternoon. The shipping costs can vary depending on the items chosen.
The item will be delivered to the address indicated at the time of order. Subsequent communications requesting a change of destination will not be accepted.

WARRANTY
The warranty is operated directly in our office or in our assistance centre in Padova.
The costs and the responsibility of return shipping are at the customer's charge whereas the costs and the responsibility of the substitution of the item are at PERFECT PRICE's charge.
After reporting the anomaly through Ebay's messaging service or contacting our customer service aon 0039 45 8250249 from Monday to Thursday from 9.30 to 12.30, a Return Material number will be given to you (RM).
With this RM number it is possible to administrate the item's return and it's eventual substitution, proceeding as follows :
– The RM number has to appear on the transport document and on the package shipped.
– A copy of the purchase invoice with a brief description of the anomaly found should be inserted inside the package.
– The mark : “RESO IN CONTO RIPARAZIONE” (Return for Repair) must be noted on the shipping document,
– The good should be sent to Perfect Price SRL - Via Fleming 18 - 37036 San Martino Buon Albergo (VR) – Italy.
– The shipping has to made carriage prepaid within 7 working days from the communication of the Return Material's number.
– The reception and re-shipment of the item from the technical service will be indicated to you by email or by phone.
– We would remind you that should the item returned to PERFECT PRICE be deemed to be in perfect working order or with defects non-attributable to the product's specifications a minimum intervention charge of 25 euros + VAT will be debited to you.
All packages which do not indicate an RM number will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
