Received something that's not quite right? You may return it withing 30 Days from the date you originally received it (excluding items marked "Final Sale")
Please note: A return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund when you use our return shipping label.
If you choose to use another shipping carrier, you will need to pay that carrier's shipping fee.
Here's a Step-by-step Guide:
- Make sure all of the items are in their original condition.
- Attached the return shipping label to the box and bring it to the nearest FedEx Drop-off location.
- Be sure to write down the tracking number if you'd like to track the package - If no return shipping label is included, please follow the return instructions listed on your packing slip. If you would prefer to use another shipping carrier, please send your package to the address listed on the front of your box
- For your protection, we recommend that you insure your package against loss and request delivery confirmation if you will be using another shipping carrier. Save your shipping receipt and tracking Number until you receive a refund.
- We will send you an email letting you know when we have received your return. Once your item has been processed, you will receive your Refund (minus return Shipping) Within one business day.
Wrong, Damaged or Defective Items
If you believe a product was shipped in error from Cozy Beddings or if it arrives defective or damaged in transit, we want to help. Please contact us at 909-980-2887 or drop us an e-mail we can assist.
International Buyers - Please note:
Import Duties, Taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional charges, cost will be prior to bidding or buying.
Final Sale
We will let you know when an item it's final sale by noting it in the item's bullet-ed description and also on your packing slip. Final Sale Items cannot be returned.
