The fine print (Important.. please read)…
· I combine shipping, you pay just one shipping fee (actual cost) no matter how much you order. If it does not automatically combine the shipping when checking out, please just ask me to send you a combined invoice.
· Please pay for your purchases within 2 days of making them. Lately it seems people purchase items and don’t pay until they receive an unpaid item claim by eBay and then they take offense. This is done automatically by eBay, not by me. I ship your items promptly upon receipt of payment, and appreciate the same courtesy of prompt payment. If for any reason you need a few more days, I will always work with you. If you purchase something and need to cancel the transaction, I am happy to accommodate you – I know things come up in life.
· Close up pictures of the beads may make them look larger than they actually are (or smaller). If you want to know exact size and it is not in the listing, please ask. So many people see the close up and think the bead is huge, and when they get it, they are disappointed. Pictures do NOT accurately represent the bead size, please ask.
· INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS!!! Please be advised that you - the buyer - are responsible for any VAT or customs charges your country may fine you with. As a seller, I have nothing to do with VAT or custom charges and do not receive any money for them. Please know your country’s rules regarding international shipments. Also, once I ship an item it is completely out of my control as to how long it will take for you to receive it. Please do not get angry at me as I ship promply. I cannot control what the post office or customs does with the package. Some shipments get to the destination in a few days, others take 3 weeks. It is completely unpredictable.
· I believe you will find my prices to be very fair and reasonable. I am successful in my business by selling volume, not by adding huge markups to my items. If you see the exact item somewhere else for less, please let me know.. I will match the price if I possibly can, and if I believe it to be the same item.
· I purchase and sell only the highest quality items. If I don’t like it, I won’t sell it. I use stock photos from my vendors when I am able to because my pictures come out terrible. Murano glass beads are handmade and therefore no 2 are alike.
· Buy with confidence, your satisfaction is guaranteed! If you are not completely happy with your purchase you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Please inform me first if you plan on returning something.
· Please leave feedback for your purchase, it is extremely important as a seller. If for any reason you feel you cannot leave positive feedback, please contact me and give me a chance to rectify any problems before leaving negative feedback. I highly value my reputation and excellent feedback rating. I leave feedback for you right when I ship your package.
· I pride myself on my superior customer service. All dealings with me will be conducted with honesty and integrity. I do not always get the same courtesy from buyers, but still do my best to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase from me.

If you are looking for a certain bead you don’t see in my store, please contact me, I have access to thousands of beads that I unfortunately cannot stock all at once, but chances are I can get what you are looking for.
· I offer referral discounts! Word of mouth is the best advertising in the world, so if you refer someone to my store and they make a purchase – you get a great discount on the order of your choice. (They have to let me know who referred them though!)
