Magnetic top closure.  On the inside there is a zip compartment divider; with 2 slit pockets on one side and a zip pocket on the other side.   There is a small stain on the inside which I think is candy.  It will probably come off with a little effort.  The lining appears to be two different colors in the pic but it is NOT.  Just the way the light hit the camera.  The leather in this bag is so super soft.  My photographic skills do not do it justice.
