For me to refund any purchase, items must be returned unused & free from damage caused by use misuse or neglect. I cannot provide a full refund for any item that is not returned with all its original packaging. If you cancel your order after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost. You must take care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.
