Payment Methods:

Immediate payment, within 24 hours, is required unless we have discussed an alternate arrangement. (Feel free to let me know if you require any special payment arrangements.) We will not ship until payment is Verified by PayPal.
Shipping:
We will ship only to Verified PayPal account holders to a PayPal confirmed US address. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion. Once payment has been received and verified, we will ship within 24 hours if at all possible. (Some items may take longer to ship; the listing will contain information specific to the that item.) Please allow for weekends where the delay could be up to 48 hours.

Additionally: If the item proves to be defective upon arrival (DOA) or within the first 14 days, please contact us by email to arrange a return. We will be happy to provide an exchange, if available, or to refund your money once we verify that the product you have returned is defective.
