All items are new, in original packaging with full manufacturer's warranty. We usually ship within 1-2 business hours of order receipt. Most orders ship by USPS so please provide a valid mailing address. Larger or heavier orders (e.g. large tents, paddles, etc.) may ship by FEDEX so we would need a physical address as well. Unclaimed or carrier returned shipments: Orders returned by the carrier due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed, will be refunded for the product price. You may reorder with the correct address. We DO ship to PO Boxes in the United States.
