For sale is ONE new shielded interface cable manufactured by Quantum Electronics in the USA. Don’t be fooled by overseas sellers – our parts are of higher quality. This cable connects to the “linear” DB-15 port on a Yaesu FTDX-3000 transceiver, the 1/8” “radio” port on an LDG Autotuner, and includes an RCA connection for the T/R Relay for many modern amplifiers. This cable was designed to work with all LDG generic non-radio specific Autotuners equipped with a 1/8” radio interface jack, including the AT-1000ProII and AT-600ProII. This cable will allow you to activate the autotuner with a single button press, and the radio and autotuner will begin a low-power tuning cycle. When the tuning cycle is over, the radio will return to whatever frequency, mode, and power level you were initially using. With this one interface cable, you can also connect your amplifier – no need for additional cables. The interface cable is made with high-quality shielded cable, a chrome-plated DB-15 hood for improved RF shielding, a gold-plated RCA connector, and a gold-plated 1/8” stereo plug for improved connection conductivity. The cable is approximately 6 feet long.

Directions will be included in the package about how to set up the menu(s) in the radio and how to initiate a tuning cycle.

Note: Make sure you are familiar with the voltage limits described on page 14 of the FTDX-3000 Operating Manual prior to purchasing this cable to use with an amplifier. If you are already using the amplifier with your FTDX-3000, then you should experience no problems. An amplifier interface buffer (like an Ameritron ARB-704) may be needed for some amplifiers.
