I am very fussy about the linens & fabric I present to you.  I try to only offer those that are in good to excellent condition.  If there is a blemish, I will try my best to describe it in the listing.  My items come from estate sales and are vintage.  They have been stored for YEARS and may have a storage odor.  If you are not comfortable with that, please do not buy estate fabric or linens.
