Shipping Information:

We primarily use UPS to ship items won in our auctions. Though your invoice may show UPS, we (EPC) ultimately reserve the right to ship by our preferred courier (usually the most cost effective of either UPS or USPS while maintaining our deadline). If you would like USPS (Such as for P.O. Box delivery) or FedEx, please make a request of it upon payment. Special request cases may incur additional charges. Signature required for delivery of item(s) + shipping over $500. Please use the eBay shipping calculator located at the bottom of this auction to determine shipping cost prior to bidding.

 

International Buyers will be subject to the terms and conditions of the eBay Global Shipping Program (GSP). EPC will ship item(s) purchased by international buyers to the eBay Global Shipping Hub, where they will be forwarded to whichever international address has been provided by the buyer. We DO NOT ship directly to any international location.

Warranty Information:

EPC accepts returns on 30 Day Warranty items and will pay return shipping to our facility for any item that is defective, damaged or misrepresented. The item will be repaired, or replaced, or have a refund issued for that item. This warranty does not apply if shipped outside the United States. For all other returns, shipping will be paid by the customer. The transaction will NOT be subject to a restocking fee. Absolutely NO WARRANTY if shipped outside the United States.
