A decorated military champion from the harsh world of Kalee, General Grievous was gravely injured when his sabotaged shuttle crashed.  He escaped death by being rebuilt as a four-armed cyborg for Count Dooku's use.  As this unnatural fusion of metal and flesh, General Grievous spent the Clone Wars relentlessly hunting Jedi Knights using their own lightsabres until his demise at the hands of Obi-Wan Kenobi.
