All in stock orders placed before 1:00pm ACST will be shipped no later than the following business day. In most cases, orders will be shipped the same day up to 1:00pm ACST.

We endeavour to ship pre ordered items before release so you receive as close to the release date as possible.

My parcel hasn't arrived yet!

Unfortunately International Airmail items are shipped via a service which is not trackable. In the event where you are one of the minute percentage of unfortunate people whose parcel goes astray, we will replace your parcel, however we must wait a period of 30 calendar days in order for the parcel to be deemed lost. Please be patient, as more often than not the parcel has simply hit a bit of a delay, and will show up soon!
