What makes this guitar special: An American made recreation of the iconic ’62 Strat, this sunburst finish beauty features both remarkable playability and flashy visuals, with a gorgeous nitrocellulose finish and biting single-coil tone. The rosewood fingerboard is quick and comfortable, making chording and lead lines a snap in any position. This particular piece was manufactured in 1983 in Fullerton, CA, before Fender moved production to Corona, making it a rarity amongst A/V models. Plus, it comes with a professional setup from Cream City Music, so you know it’ll play great right out of the case.

Cosmetic condition: Pretty good shape for its age, with various scratches, dents, nicks, dings, and small chips throughout the body of the guitar. Some weather checking, and a few dents on the top of the headstock. Ink on the control knobs has faded over time, and the trem arm and trem cover are unoriginal.

Body: Contoured double cutaway alder body in sunburst finish with 3-ply white pickguard and 6-saddle tremolo bridge.

Weight: 7lb, 10oz

Neck: Nitrocellulose finished rounded maple neck with white side dots and aged white dot inlays. Rosewood fingerboard is in excellent shape, with soft and comfortable playability up and down the neck. Frets show signs of wear consistent with age, but still have a great deal of life left in them. 1 11/16” nut width, 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight and truss rod functions as it should.

Electronics: DiMarzio Virtual Vintage Blues DP 401, 402, and 404 single coil pickups (Bridge-10.34K ohms, Middle-6.89K ohms, Neck-8.37K ohms) with 5-way pickup selector switch and white skirted knobs, 2x tone, 1x volume. Pots date to ’82, and all electronics are fully functional.

Case: Unoriginal Fender hard shell case included. Case is in good shape overall, but does have one broken latch.
