How long will my product take to reach me?

Please contact us if you require express delivery (extra cost). Our free shipping deal usually takes 6 - 23 business days to reach our customers addresses, depending on their location. Occasionally this timeframe may be extended for various reasons, such as public holidays and busy delivery periods. Our typical handling time is 1 - 2 business days. Tracking numbers are available on request. If you do not receive your order within 33 business days, message us and we will track down your order and if lost, send you another a replacement at no cost.

Why did I only receive part of my order in a delivery?

Sometimes we ship items separately to ensure we can provide the lowest prices to our loyal customers. This may mean you receive one of your orders items on a Monday, and the second on a Tuesday (or following days).

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We may require you to take photographs and a video, describing the fault in your product. In some circumstances, we may require you to return the product to our team in Brisbane at your own cost so that we can confirm any defect. Contact us if you have any problems. We aim to respond to and resolve all issues within 5 days, however this period may be longer.

Some items, such as our Mascot costumes, may arrive creased or wrinkled due to being compressed in your delivery package. These items will typically return to original form after a few days or may require steaming to remove wrinkles. These wrinkles are inherent in the packaging process and as such are not a ground for refund.

Some electronic products will arrive with international plugs - we recommend Korjo adapters. This is not a ground for replacement, refund or return. Please contact us to confirm the power plug that will come with your electronic product.

We do not accept refunds or replacements for changes of mind so please select carefully.
