A refund for an item will only occur if you notify me before sending the item back. If the item is defective I will cover the return shipping cost. If the buyer purchased wrong item or had a change of mind, then the buyer will have to pay return shipping and cover our shipping cost for the item, along with paypal and ebay fees.
