I always get proof of posting so i will not be held responsible for loss or damage incurred after posting. In uneven situation that you did not receive your item, I will provide you with a tracking number and proof of posting to help with your compensation claim against Royal Mail. In case your item is lost in post full refund will be issued after it is classified as "lost" by Royal Mail which normally takes up to 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date.
