We dispatch our products via Royal Mail unless otherwise stated.
The estimated time for delivery is 1-3 days for First Class and 3-5 days second class.
We also do a special delivery option which is guaranteed next working day.
When orders are placed Before 3pm Mon to Fri excluding weekends we aim to dispatch same working day, Orders placed after 3 pm will be dispatched following working day and Orders placed on a weekend will be dispatched on the Mon.

RETURNS
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with product, we will allow up to 30 days for the item to be returned. All products must be in original packaging and unused. Products must be returned to us before full refund is given.
A short email would be required to state why you are not happy with product, A tracking number and also a scanned copy of your postage receipt, This enables us to give you a full refund on the returned postage without this, we will not be able to issue a postage refund.
Once the item has been received and checked we will issue a refund the same working day threw Pay Pal.
