If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 30 days of placing your order and we will happily return or replace it with no hassle. Please note, unfortunately we cannot accept a return if the item has been used or has been tampered with. If a product is returned to us in a non-resaleable condition, we will charge a disposal fee of 25% and this will be deducted from the cost of product in your refund.
If you wish to return your goods, please contact our customer service team through eBay by clicking this link to obtain a Returns Authorisation Code along with the reason for your return.
If you have received the wrong item or it was delivered faulty or damaged, please contact our customer service team where we will be happy to provide a freepost return label (UK customers only).
When returning an item, please keep hold of your proof of postage receipt from the Post Office.
All refunds and replacements will be authorised within two working days after we have received the item. If it is not clearly stated whether a refund or replacement is preferred, a refund will automatically be issued.
