Return Rules and Restrictions

• Items must be returned within 30 days of product purchase.
• You must include the order information. Be certain to save copies for your records.
• Shipping and handling costs and other additional charges are non-refundable.
• We will not accept CODs or third party billing for returned merchandise.
• If there is extensive damage to an item upon delivery, call a Customer Service Representative immediately at 407-331-3000.
• Returns must be received within 10 days of return authorization.
• Restocking fees of 15% may apply on items returned due to accidental order or tested to be working upon receiving.
• You can expect a refund within 3-5 days of our receiving your returned product.
• Free ground shipping applies to replacements in the the contiguous 48 US states.
• International customers must pay for return shipping on replacements.

Damaged or Defective Items

Each item is inspected prior to shipment. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Representative immediately at 407-331-3000. Please supply the Representative with your order number, item number and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail. The Representative will also need your e-mail address and phone number. ServerTech Solutions will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. Items returned as defective that are deemed in working condition may not qualify for a refund. A defective item may be repaired or replaced within 30 days of purchase under ServerTech Solutions Warranty Policy or within the manufacturer's warranty period, if warranty applies.
