The Mahalo MEU1/S is a Concert size steel string electric ukulele. Featuring a Surfboard shaped solid Basswood body,
a Maple neck and Rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays, this amazing ukulele will have you riding a wave of new found inspiration.

The Gloss White Lacquer finish with its Blue Surfboard styled Graphic looks simply superb.

The Mahalo MEU1/S is equipped with a custom designed and built four pole single coil pickup with a clear and powerful tone.

Single Volume and Tone controls are included to tailor your tone.

The steel strings (String gauges: .010" .013" .017" .026") add another dimension to what can be expected from a Ukulele.

As well as traditional Ukulele tunes, the solid body and low G tuning lends itself to tonal elements normally the reserve
of electric guitars such as distortion and overdrive etc. The possibilities are virtually endless . . . how about Slide Ukulele!

Intonation and string height are adjustable courtesy of the Chrome Bridge with 4 adjustable Barrel Saddles.

The Maple neck features a Rosewood Fretboard with 18 nickel frets. When we set these Ukes up we pay special attention to the fret ends, hand rolling them to ensure a comfortable feel.

This 375mm scale length solid body ukulele also has Nickel open gear machine heads with round vintage style buttons for
smooth and accurate tuning.

Comes complete with custom fitted Mahalo gig bag.
