A: Yes, Netflix and YouTube work in 4K. You can also download YouTube Videos

Q: Can I still use Voice Control feature like in stock verson?

A: Yes, but you will need a Mic. I recommend a WebCam with one built-in Mic.I personally use the
Logitech C930e (set on top of my TV) and you can find it on there website under Business. If you don't want to spend that much on one, others will work. (it's plug and play)

Q: What is the best remote used?

A: Personally, I use the Amazon Fire TV remote because it has more functionality. It has more buttons and it cheap. $15.00 for the non-voice and $29.00 for the Voice. I'm using the Voice Remote ($29 dollar one) because it feels better in your hands and doesn't feel or look cheap. I use and recommend this remote on Stock FW or Full Android OS with XBMC/Kodi

Only the Amazon Fire TV Voice 1st Gen works because its bluetooth. The 2nd Gen is WiFi and will not work.
ALL NON-VOICE are bluetooth and will work
