Terms of Sale
Shipping and handling process:
1. Once you make the purchase, you can pay directly by Paypal, or by bank deposit. You may choose to pay together and the system will combine the order automatically for you. You may also wait for us to send to you a combined invoice in ebay.
2. Once payment is cleared, you will received a payment receipt confirmation by ebay message, and very positive feedback will be given to you.
3. We will ship within 3 business days. You will receive a shipping notification on the 4th or 5th day when it is confirmed in the mail. You may check the status in ebay.
4. Package will arrive in about 8 to 14 days after dispatch. (Occassionally, it might take one more week when there is bad weather condition, or during holiday season). Should you need any help anytime, please feel free to send us a message through ebay message. We reply ebay messages everyday (except weekends or holiday, when might take an extra day).
5. Negative feedback is absolutely unnecessary and will not resolve any issue. Please communicate by ebay message if you have any issue. We will gladly resolve it. Make it win-win for you and us. 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Negative feedback hurt buyers and sellers because sellers actively block problematic buyers. If we can make thousands of buyers happy, there is no reason that you be one of those few incomprehensibles.
6. For faster response, always communicate with us by ebay message (instead of email). We check ebay message everyday and have dedicated person to help you out.
7. Returns can be accepted within 7 days of receipt. Unconditional, no question asked return, buyer pay postage to send back first. If it is our mistake, postage will be reimbursed. Don't worry about small money, but please be fair and reasonable.
