Vintage LEFTON CANDY CANE GIRL Salt and Pepper Shaker Set

JAPAN.       

There is a LEFTON Exclusives JAPAN foil label affixed to the bottom of each of the shakers. 

There is an issue with each shaker, so price reflects the issues.
It appears that the each shaker has been repaired.  Each head has been reattached ( one is more noticeable than the other).  Please see last 2 photos.  They are still adorable and display well.

As is common on many of the vintage S&P shakers manufactured in Japan, the painting is not perfect, with some darker spots noted on the red bows. 

These adorable shakers measure about 2 3/4 inches tall, 2 inches wide and 1 1/2 inches in diameter at the base 

Age is circa 1950s to 1960s.
