The lens works perfectly with no mechanical issues, no dust or scratches. 

The action is perfect when zooming out. It's been the lens I've used the most since I've been a nikon user. The Image stabilisation is excellent 

Sometimes there is a tiny blemish on the front element (TINY) does not affect the image quality or shows up in photos. My thoughts are that it's the coating as I can't feel anything and it comes and goes when being cleaned. 

 It's not scratched or does not feel ruff. Other than this no issues. 

Also comes with lens hood, original soft case inside the box and front and back caps.
