Family Birthday Reminder Plaque

Includes FREE Sharpie PEN, 25 hearts/tags, attachments & instructions - extra hearts can be purchased for £2.50 per 6!

• Choose your preferred colour - Cream & Charcoal / Pastel or Aqua
• BLANK means the hearts will be blank for you to write your names & dates on
• WRITTEN means we will write your names & dates on
• Decide whether you'd like the hearts blank or for us to write them for you - we charge just £5 for this, send us a list by email to sam@paperjacks.co.uk once you've ordered or attach a message with your order
• If you would like your plaque to say anything other than FAMILY BIRTHDAYS or in a COLOUR other than stated PLEASE CHOOSE YOUR OWN COLOUR/WORDING

Each plaque measures approximately 28x10cm not including the hanging hearts and has a simple twine hanger attached to the back
