Here is a very interesting and hard to find copy of “An Account of the Pelew Islands, Situated in the Western Part of the Pacific Ocean. Composed From the Journals and Communications of Captain Henry Wilson, and Some of His Officers, Who, In August 1783, Were There Shipwrecked, in the Antelope, A Packet Belonging to the Honourable East India Company” by George Keate, published in 1789. This leather bound book is in good condition internally, fair externally with library markings. The binding is tight, but a few pages in the front and back of the book are detached. Inside pages are fairly clean with some foxing, stains, and creases. The covers and spine show considerable wear and damage. Check out some of the interesting contents in this book! It measures approximately 5 ½” x 8 ½” and contains 408 pages. A great book for any collection!
