I Received the Incorrect Order:
If you've received an incorrect order or you can see something wrong with your order, please log into your account, where you'll see the entire order that you placed.
If the order you placed is perfect, but what you've received is incorrect, please see below:
- Incorrect products: If we've sent you an incorrect product, please let us know within 30 days of receiving the incorrect item and we will send the correct product out to you or issue a refund if you prefer. Once this is approved we will process this back to your original payment method within 2 - 3 business days. You may be required to take a photo or return the incorrect product.
- Part of the order was not received:If you have not received all items in your order it may because the other items are on back order. Please get in touch within 30 days with the details of what you have received so that we can advise you about the outstanding items.
- Printing error on personalised products:If a printing error was made by Bright Star Kids we will happily reprint them or issue a refund if you prefer, which we will process back to your original payment method within 2 - 3 business days.
