Returns will only be accepted for non electrical items that are not as described and must be received back within 10 days of receipt of the item depending upon listing. Shipping cost will NOT be refunded. If an item is damaged in shipment or arrives non-functioning, then a claim must be filed with the carrier. Applicable serial numbers will be checked prior to refund of purchase price.
