Possibly KPM Berlin,no makers mark,makes a great display,grand  piece,decent quality German porcelain large decorative vase as pictured.It is hand decorated in coloured enamels with panels of romantic couples with a floral design to boarders.It measures 42cm high x 29.5cm wide (can in last picture just for scale),no major damage,no cracks or repair,signs of minimal use and wear,the figural handles are made separately and have mortar to attach them,minor chips and damage to some leaves and petals of handles,nothing obvious,see pictures for detail, a superb display item.
