- All items will be shipped within in 24hrs, on receipt of payment.
    - All items are shipped without insurance cover; please contact us for an all-inclusive rate.
    - Bulk orders can be facilitated by combining up to 10 items in to one Registered Airmail Shipment. Each item is subject to an additional $2 charge and must be finalised within 7 days of the initial order.  
    - Export Gems will not be held liable for delays in shipping as a result of insufficient contact details or issues/delays relating to customs and excise, both domestic and/or international.

    - All sales are final and items can only be returned if the product has been misrepresented by Export Gems in any form.  
    - Any such items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of purchase and Export Gems must be contacted prior to any items being returned for confirmation and further details. Export Gems will not be held responsible for any gems returned without Export Gems’ written authorization confirming such.
    - All returns must be made via Registered Air Mail; Export Gems will not accept/acknowledge any items returned via FedEx, DHL or such.
    - All return shipping costs, insurance, export/import duties and any government fees/fines are the responsibility of the buyer.
