Delivery time is only as a guide.It's depends on your country's postal service.
Especially during Holiday Season (Christmas, Chinese New Year etc)

[Priority of SAL]
In the case of shipping delay,the priority of SAL is low.
So it takes long time to resolve it compared to fast shipping method.
If Buyer can't wait for long time,Please select other methods.

If there is any problem about items,please contact us within 30days from delivery date.
As a rule, we only accept return request in the case of our defect.

We can't accept liability of incipient failure if item's condition is "Brand New Never Opened".
(We can support customer's communication with manufacturer.Please contact us.)

In the case item is damaged,customers need to submit "Broken Report" to Carrier who delivers the package.If not,we can't accept return request.

The returned product must be in the original condition .
If the cardboard or shipping label are discarded,We can't accept the return
because those are needed for return shipping.

After we receive the return package and check the condition,we'll refund.
If return reason is "damage during shipping",return amount will be based on insurance.

In the case there is no trouble or product isn't in original condition,customers are responsible for
additional shipping fees to reship the package.
