We only accept PayPal on eBay, this means you can rest assured your order will be with you ASAP after your purchase.

For your security we only despatch your order to the address you provide us via PayPal.

As soon as you pay, eBay & PayPal will email you to let you know it's been received and as soon as we've shipped your order, we'll let you know by email that it has been despatched and the tracking number if applicable.

UK orders are dispatched by 2nd class post, unless overwise selected. Please allow 14 working days for delivery, before contacting us regarding non-delivery.

Overseas orders are dispatched by Small Packets post, unless overwise selected. Please allow 28 working days for delivery, before contacting us regarding non-delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your PayPal / bank account again.

Then contact PayPal / Your Bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

To return an eBay item, go into your purchased items, and click on 'Return Item' in the 'More Options' drop down menu for the item, and follow eBays return procedure to print off a Free Returns Postage Label.

If the Free Returns Label is not available, then return the item with a copy of the receipt for the cost of the Return Postage, and we will issue a Full Refund including a separate payment to your Paypal account to cover the Return Postage cost.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
