The metal is brass with beautiful gilt plated original finish and old charming patina. Beautiful design with ornate beaded arms with hanging lily shaped lanterns. Each sconce is a 1 light fixture. Great working order with new porcelain sockets - ready for hanging in your home. These sconces can be wired into a wall - as they are wall fixtures (see back plate sizes shown on the photos close ups), and come with mounting hardware or, cords with switch in line can be added to plug these into an outlet and hang anywhere in the room. I believe these vintage sconces would date somewhere from 1960-1970-s. French style. New wiring and porcelain sockets - ready to hang in your home.
