The pictures used are of the actual set being sold. Then the sets are broken back down and placed into ziploc baggies where they await their new owners.

LEGO SET 4860 Doc Ock's Cafe Attack

is a rare and hard to find set released in 2004. This 12 year old set from the Spiderman theme comes 100% complete to the best of our knowledge with 132 pieces including 3 minifigures, car, taxi, front deli window explodes outwards, cafe door opens, and many other fun features and accessories. Instructions are included and in good condition with some wear from use.

Lego set #4858 Doc Ock's Crime Spree is a rare and hard to find set released in 2004. This 12 year old set from the Spiderman theme comes 100% complete to the best of our knowledge with 57 pieces including 3 minifigures, 2 motorcycles, 1 helicopter, ramp (the 2 corners on the top of the high end have been slightly indented. See PIC 8), and many other fun features and accessories. Instructions are included and in okay condition. They have a fold mark and have some wear from use.

These sets are in excellent "played with" condition. Some pieces may show playwear and/or fading/discoloration due to age. Cloth items such as capes or sails may be frayed, wrinkled, or creased but can be trimmed carefully with scissors or safely ironed on a low steam setting.

GRADING: As with any grading system it is open to interpretation!

"played with" means it is open. It is not new.

Excellent condition means very little playwear IE: the lego is still shiny with little to no scratching or discoloration/fading.

Great condition means it still has some shine, minor scratching, it may have small nicks, and there may be some light discoloration/fading. Cloth and plastic items may show fraying or stretching.

Good condition means it will have some scratches, there will be some discoloration/fading noticable, it may have small nicks, cloth and plastic items may show fraying or stretching. This is played with lego, not lego that has been on display.
