PACKAGING
Jewellery items are checked before packing to ensure they are not defective/broken.
All jewellery items are then securely packed within a plastic bag to prevent tarnishing.
The
plastic bags are enclosed within a 'Feather-Post' Bubble Wrap envelope
to prevent any damage to jewellery items.
RETURNS
101% SATISFACTION POLICY - NO QUESTIONS ASKED!You may return an item within 14 working days of purchase and we will refund the cost of the item. Where the item is faulty/damaged, we will also return initial shipping fee; For any other reason, initial shipping postage will not be returned.

defective, we will pay for return postage, however, for any other
reason, you will be liable for return postage.

THE BORING STUFF :)
We quality check all our goods before they are sent
out to our customers, and take further measures to ensure that they are
not damaged during delivery. However, in the unlikely event that the
goods are damaged/faulty, you may request a refund within 14 working days
of receiving the goods. Please
do send us a message on ebay if you are not completely satisfied with
your purchase before leaving us negative feedback. We will try our best
to ensure that you receive what you bidded for.
In order to make a return, the following procedure needs to be followed:
1) Please message us on ebay to let us know that
you will be making a return. Please send us the invoice number, item
name/description (if applicable) and reason for return in the message.
2) Please make sure that you have included a copy of your original invoice in the return package.
3) All the items must be sent in the original packaging and must be new and unused.
4) Once we have checked the items and validated the
claim, we will provide a full refund including cost of the goods and
shipping charges.
5) Return Postage will be paid for by us via
Paypal. This will be transferred to your account once the item is
received. Please use a standard 2nd Class second class service to return
the items.
6) It may be possible to exchange the goods, if
that specific style is in stock. If the specific style is not in stock,
we can replace the goods with a similar style or provide a refund, as
preferred by the customer.

Jewellery Care Information:
Gold or Silver plated base
metal jewellery may discolour/tarnish over time depending on its use
and method of storage. We would advise that each
item is separately stored in a plastic bag. Use a dry, soft cloth to
wipe the jewellery clean and keep away from perfumes or makeup. We cannot provide refunds for tarnishing of jewellery.
