Antique Tartan Mauchline Ware Sewing Egg Needle Holder Box Cotton Reel

This is a very sweet little Mauchline sewing egg with a tartan pattern, inside it has a section for needles, and a cotton reel.

It measures 7 cm long, the top grips the bottom just right, there are no cracks, but there are several minor chips & scratches to the lacquered finish.
