A beautiful quality vintage Danish Civilforsvaret (Civil Defense) very heavy wool overcoat in MINT condition. 

Fabulous practical heavy duty winter coat ....... as well as very cool retro fashion statement - either vintage as in pseudo military, or fashion cool as in punk protest.

Double breasted, labeled at back collar CF KL. lI 1954, 96.  It has the Civilforsvaret patch on the right shoulder, epaulettes at the shoulders and belted back.  The lower back is has a button close vent.  The sleeves and upper half of the coat is lined.   
The coat is small to medium size - a bit flexible when considering wearing one, two or three layers underneath (or whether it's worn as a winter greatcoat or a fashion item!)

Measurements (taken with garment laying flat): 

Shoulder: 17 inches across back of coat (inside) from arm to arm
Length:  44.5 inches long measured at the center back of collar to the hem, 
Sleeve: 18 inches long from under arm to cuff.   
The coat and lining are in excellent condition without holes, stains or odors.  All buttons intact.  Comes from a smoke free home.
