Note For Non - European Union (EU) Customers.It is your responsibility to check what the personal import restrictions are for your country. No refunds will be made if you refuse to pay import clearance charges, as we will have to pay for the return of the consignment. It may be to your advantage to pay more shipping charges to have several fabrics sent in separate parcels.
You will not be charged any U.K. sales tax (VAT).

Export Terms:Our export terms are INCOTERMS-2010: DAP.
DAP - Delivered at Place (named place of destination)
"Seller pays for carriage to the named place, except for costs related to import clearance, and assumes all risks prior to the point that the goods are ready for unloading by the buyer." |

Returns Policy:Fabrics that have not been customised (e.g. by cutting to your specified length), may be returned at your cost under the distance selling regulations for a refund of the purchase price - for any reason.
Full Refunds (inc. postage costs) will only be given on fabrics which are faulty.
You must ensure that the fabric is as specified before cutting. We cannont accept claims on fabrics that
have been cut or processed.
Liability is limited to the original purchase price, and any refund will only be processed once the fabric has been returned in original state, and the fault verified by us.
