* If you have an issue with any item you bought from us, send us a message to our email or via eBay and give us a change to resolve the issue amicably, BEFORE filing a dispute on eBay.
* If an item is returned because of buyers regret, it is only fair that you pay for return shipping and a 25% re-stocking fee to compensate for shipping expenses, packing material and time spent.
* All items returned without an RMA number, and without previous communication from the buyer will be REJECTED
