Vintage Garfield Soft Plush Toy. 
He was made in 1981 by Dakin
He is the "Spaghetti Attack" Garfield - he has a plastic Pasta bowl on his head. 
Around 9 inches high. 
He has some light fading to his back and fading to the bowl, but generally in a very good condition for his age - with the original tags attached. 
Great retro toy.
