This beautiful washed version of the 1930's menlo cossack never saw production. This is one among only a few examples that were slated for a full production run with the spring/summer 2014 line. The jacket was skillfully constructed in Italy from the finest of sheepskin leathers. The grain on this jacket is exceptional! The wrinkles can be steamed out if you decide you don't like that look.
more on fit: I usually wear size medium in LVC leather jackets and tops. With this particular jacket, a size medium fits me like it was tailored for me with a fitted, slender silhouette. I especially like the shorter fit on the body as this is a sizing detail that is often lengthened to accommodate modern styles which conflicts with the original tasteful classic design of the time period. I am 6 ft tall, 170 lbs. My chest measures 41” around, measured level, at the widest point of my chest and back with arms relaxed at my side, and 40” around with my arms extended to my sides as if preparing to have my wingspan measured. The jacket fits me like a slim medium, with room for movement and light layering. I recommend this jacket for those who wear a men's true size medium or size small.
