Box has been open, the motherboard is still sealed in it's anti-static bag.

As you can see in the photos, the seal labels on the bag are still intact.

All included items are unused, box does show some signs of wear.

I purchased this board awhile back as a backup but never needed to use it.

Due to the amount of time this item has been sitting around. It is being sold as is!

Since this board has been sitting around for some time, I have no idea of the status of the CMOS battery.
