This system has the exploitable 9.2 Firmware.
System was turned on to get to 9.2 and then take a picture of the firmware version and placed back in box.
System was touched by gloves only and stylus to get to 9.2 firmware.
This firmware will allow you to run homebrew or Gateway cart or whatever you want to run.


Also, please note that the retail box of the New Nintendo 3DS XL does NOT include an AC charger.
