Sales Conditions

• Returns are accepted only if the item is defective or not working properly. 
• Do NOT return the item before contacting us. ALL returns MUST include a Return Authorization Number provided by me. After you have reported a problem, please wait for your Authorization Number. As specified before I use multiple suppliers and everyone has a different Return Process so for that reason you must contact me first to receive the proper documentation and instructions.
• Please READ the Title and Description CAREFULLY. I sell BRAND NEW items. I do not accept returns due to Buyer Mistakes.
• My prices are changing due the offer and demand in the market. I do not accept returns based on prices.

Shipping

• I use different suppliers across the US to ensure your item is delivered as fast as possible.
• I only ship to the Continental United States
• I also provide you with a tracking number on most of the items so that you can feel confident and comfortable with your purchase. If the item is too small it will not have a tracking number.
• NO shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Box, APO/FPO.
• I regret that I cannot combine shipping and there is no local pickup.
